Forgot username or password is now working, please make sure you use the correct email that is associated with your account. PowerSchool sends out a lot of emails each day so depending on when the reset is done, it can take a little while - it's not always instant.
The reset email will sometimes find its way into the user's spam/junk folder check there first.
